Alicia Morrison-Scholet, M.S., CPT.

 

Alicia Morrison-Scholet, our Owner/Lead Trainer is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. Alicia graduated high school with her Veterinary Assisting Certificate and continued on to receive her AA degree in liberal arts and veterinary technology from St. Pete College.

She then pursued her BA degree from University of South Florida where she graduated in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and pervasive developmental disorders. Upon graduation she worked with the veteran community and enrolled in continuing education at USF for combat and civilian PTSD. Alicia has worked in kennels as a kennel tech and vet assistant most of her life, and has also been a teacher & therapist for preschool age children on the ASD spectrum.

After graduating as an undergraduate, Alicia attended Dog Training School in Columbus Ohio and became a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPT) to open up her own company by combining her passions for dogs and behavior shaping. Alicia started Fulton Strong Canine Behavior Services to provide an enhanced look into the canine companion connection. She is a member of the Human-Animal Interaction division of the APA and continually receives CEUs in the Behavioral community as well as the dog training industry. Alicia Scholet has her MS Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently enrolled in a Post-Masters PhD Program in Applied Behavior Analysis.

It is our job to continually pursue new information so that we can deliver the best to our clients.
